The room Standard Queen was large, bed was comfortable, the linens were clean and on arrival we were given fresh milk for our tea and coffee station in the kitchenette (which also included a microwave and toaster). The carpet in the room was clean but needs replacing (threadbare and stained in some places) and the bathroom was dated- mould spots beginning to form on the wall and ceiling, rusty light fixture and broken/lifting tiles.Overall though, I would stay here again and for the price and convenience would recommend it to friends and family too.
Great place, the owners are really lovely people and have the cutest little dog. We were especially grateful that we are allowed to park our trailer underneath the reception area during a large thunderstorm. After travelling from Port Hedland in WA on our way to Sydney we really appreciated the relaxing haven provided by The Fig Tree motel...btw, it is a massive and awesome example of what I believe to be a Morton Bay Fig tree, they used to be slot more common in Australia but over the years as they have become so massive they have often been removed. It is so nice to see such a magnificent specimen residing I Narrandera.

Beautiful fig tree side of this hotel. Bed is verycomfortable and room is clean. Wifi speed is good, only A/C is old and noise.
Perhaps some thought could be given to a good flow of hot water to Units. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.
