A great place to stay and relax. The facilities were first rate and host Nicholas attended our needs and queries. We were within walking distance from the many functions we had to attend. Unfortunately, since I posted this review the host has sold this property and it has reverted to a private residence.
Warm and congenial host Nicholas ensures your every preference is catered for. From the wine tasting in the lounge upon checking in, to the cooked breakfast, it was faultless. Grand old house in lovely location - great getaway.
My husband and I are currently at Daulton house and we're reviewing it now as we love it SO much! Firstly the house is beautiful, so clean and well kept and classic. The rooms are comfortable and well prepared with everything you could possibly need and some treats on the side. Nick has been a fantastic host - he's kind and good to chat to with great knowledge of the area. Port and cheese in the living area followed by tea and cookies in the bedroom topped off our day perfectly! What a find! Thank you Nick!
